Morgantown Agency Executes Campaign For NBC Sports
Morgantown, WV: Impakt Media, an international digital marketing agency, specializing in targeted social media campaigns located in Morgantown, WV, recently completed a social media campaign for NBC Sports to promote the largest e-sports event of the year, the “Universal Open Rocket League Grand Finals.”
“NBC Sports Network needed to reach a very specific audience that most traditional mediums couldn’t. This is the culmination of several months of sharing how they could use social media to reach the online gaming community,” said Impakt Media co-founder, Luke Nesler.

The 3-day campaign reached more than 40 million online gamers and e-sports fanatics and helped drive a record number of viewers for the event on the NBC Sports app and online video gaming site, Twitch.
“The social media team had to deploy multiple, rapid-fire campaigns with different targets and objectives in order to optimize as fast as possible. We were quite literally day-trading in attention. It was a 72-hour adrenaline rush.” said Impakt Media Brand Strategist, George Cicci.
